The Crowley Police Department is investigating the felony theft of headlights off an 18-wheeler that occurred in the parking lot of a business located in the 2000 block of N. Cherokee Dr. sometime between 7:00 a.m. on May 5th & 5:30 p.m. on May 6, 2016.

Unknown suspect(s) removed both Peterbilt headlights from under the hood of an 18 wheeler that was parked at the business.

The Crowley Police Department is investigating an unauthorized use of an access card which occurred at a local business in the 800 block of W 2nd St., on April 30, 2016, between noon & 1 p.m.

The suspect was captured on video surveillance and is described as a black female, medium build, with short hair or a wig, and wearing a blue dress. She was seen leaving the store on foot.

Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers needs your help to solve a home invasion.

Crowley Police are investigating a home invasion that occurred in the 500 block of N. Ave. C on May 1, 2016, at approximately 10:00 p.m. where three of five suspects brandished firearms.

The five black male suspects that forced their way into the home are described as juveniles or young adults that are believed to live within a reasonable radius of this location. This senseless crime was committed against an elderly citizen. We’re encouraging people to get involved and help us solve this crime.

Istre is wanted for PWITD Cocaine, PWITD Marijuana, PWITD Alprazolam, PWITD Hydrocodone and Illegal carrying of a firearm in the presence of a CDS.

At approx. 3:50 a.m. video surveillance shows an unknown male suspect making entry into the business. He stole an undisclosed amount of cash and sets off the alarm at approx. 4:30 a.m.as he’s exiting the building.

The Crowley Police Department is investigating the vandalism and burglary of two vehicles that occurred during the night of February 25, 2016, in the 300 block of Fernwood Dr.

Entry was made into both vehicles after unknown suspects were believed to have shot out the windows with a BB gun. Some of the items reported stolen were a new Pioneer Radio, jumper cables, and cash.

The suspect was captured on video surveillance and is described as a black male, with a tall, slim build, approx. 6’1 in height. He was wearing a dark jacket and a blue batman beanie when he robbed the casino at gunpoint. He then fled on foot.

The Crowley Police Department is investigating a felony theft that occurred at Walmart on December 23, 2015, at approx. 1:00 a.m.

Several suspects, all described as black females, exited the store without paying for over $1,300 of merchandise. They were captured on video surveillance and seen leaving in a small white 4-door car.

The Crowley Police Department is investigating the theft of a black utility trailer that occurred sometime between noon on December 28th and 5:30 p.m. on December 29th, 2015, from the 400 block of E. Pine St.

Loaded on the utility trailer and also stolen were two camo colored Kawasaki ATV’s, one green Artic Cat ATV (with the seats missing), and a red cement saw.

Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish needs your help to locate a suspect and identify his accomplices.

Crowley Police are investigating an armed robbery which occurred inside the AT&T Store located at 753 Odd Fellows Rd. on December 29, 2015, at approx. 7:00 p.m.

Crowley Police have identified one of the four suspects as Travis L. Finley, 34, of Eunice. He is described as a black male, 5’10” in height, weighing 180 pounds. Finley’s last known address is 430 Mill St., in Eunice. A warrant for his arrest for armed robbery has been issued.

Crowley police are also trying to ID known associates of Finley as it is believed the three unknown black male suspects have close ties to him.

The suspect was captured on video surveillance breaking into a vending machine and is described as a white male with a tall, thin build, bald head and wearing glasses. He was seen wearing a light color cap upon exiting from the front passenger side of a white ‘02 Dodge Durango. He returned at 11:28 p.m. and this time exits from the passenger side of an older model blue and white two-tone Ford truck.

On December 7, 2015, the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of 10 puppies being stolen from the 1000 block of West Plaquemine in Church Point between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Unknown suspect(s) entered the kennel and stole the litter of puppies. They’re described as four week old American Bully Pits mostly chocolate in color.
